My client has a poorly lit, colorful home with ceilings of natural wood. The primary need was to provide task lighting as well as brighten up the rooms she spends her most time in; the living room and bedroom. The design challenge was to meet the needs in an unobtrusive fashion, as well as to tread lightly on the existing walls and ceilings.
